Important: We cannot guarantee that reviews generated through our platform will remain visible on Google or other third-party platforms. Platform policies change and reviews may be filtered or removed at the platform's discretion.

10. Mobile Opt-In Data and SMS Communications

Mobile phone numbers provided through our platform are used only to send relevant communications such as review invitations or service notifications. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent is obtained through an explicit opt-in checkbox on our website contact form at peakreviews.co. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires active user consent. Opt-in consent is collected separately for transactional and marketing SMS communications. Consent records are maintained and available upon request.

Our SMS communications are registered with major carriers through the A2P 10DLC Campaign Registry. Our messaging program is operated in compliance with CTIA guidelines and applicable carrier requirements
